The 2026 WoodWare Users Conference took place March 17–19 at the Hilton Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee. The WoodWare team and our attending users enjoyed three days of learning, collaboration, and connection with the WoodWare community! UC2026 was the place to get the inside scoop on upcoming software enhancements, latest innovations, and best-practice tips straight from the experts. The conference brought together WoodWare users for three days of education, collaboration, and conversation focused on where WoodWare is headed and how users can get even more value from it today.

Michael Gardner opens the conference with the latest updates to the WoodWare System.
After opening remarks from Nick Carter, WoodWare’s president, the WoodWare team dove right into covering the latest updates to the system. Mike Gardner, WoodWare’s COO, highlighted many system updates since last year. Several of the enhancements that excited users were a number of programs updated to be fully browser-based, a new calendar-style shipping schedule, and CSS formatting capabilities for grid inquiry. The session closed with a Q&A on the updates as well as upcoming features.
The first day of UC2026 concluded with sessions on Inventory Best Practices and Order Production and Management. Later that evening, attendees and the WoodWare team gathered for a lively Meet & Greet dinner, allowing for networking and continuing valuable discussions.

Day 2 of the conference was focused on the highly-anticipated Artificial Intelligence sessions led by Memphis-based firm enaiblr. Sridhar Sunkara, CEO of enaiblr, introduced the company and took users through the scope of AI–what it is and how it’s used. He then turned the session to focus directly on how AI is meeting WoodWare and being thoughtfully integrated into the system. Attendees were presented with a live, working demo showing how AI can simplify Accounts Payable workflows.
After lunch, the enaiblr team led an AI Round Table discussion, inviting attendees to share feedback on AI-driven features they’d like to see. The session included an open conversation about how embedded AI can fuel innovation and strengthen future product development.
UC2026 Day 2 closed with excitement for the innovations presented, the possibilities of how AI can drive efficiency and unlock new service opportunities, as well as how it can enhance data insights as WoodWare enters its next phase of growth.

Brad Carter, Sales Manager, opened day 3 of the conference with a session on covering WebConnect and all its latest enhancements. WebConnect is WoodWare’s online sales portal for smarter, faster and easier access to quotes, orders, and info. The session highlighted several major enhancements made including the fully-customizable Announcements feature, navigation options, and Work Order functionality improvements. Brad covered these enhancements, future possibilities, and opened the floor to user feedback for guiding development.
The next part of the session led by Michael Gardner focused on VendorConnect, WoodWare’s proprietary Universal Order Import Module and Manufacturer Integration. He discussed what it is, how it’s used efficiently to eliminate transcription errors, and how it saves the user time not having to write up a sales order for a customer plus a purchase order for the vendor.
Afterwards, the morning sessions finished with an open discussion on industry-specific challenges, a peek into the development of our manufacturing piece, and ideas about future Users Conferences and ways to share feedback directly with the WoodWare team.
